either 作主语时，可单独使用，也可以与of连用，either，neither接谓语动词一般用单数形式，但这两者在口语中作主语时，其后的谓语动词也可以用复数

作宾语,可单独使用，也可以与of连用，放在动词或介词之后

作定语,either和neither后面接单数名词
